Bags are $5 dollars but only charged if they are not returned. We will notify you about bags owed before any charges are applied to give you the opportunity to return them. If you are not home or decide to keep the bag/s we can always get it from you on next delivery. You always have the option to return them even if you discontinue our service as we will schedule a pick up with you.

Meals are to be kept refrigerated and will last about 5 days. This is why we cook and deliver twice a week so that your meals are always fresh.

Refer to the label on each meal for reheating instructions.

Depending on the severity of the allergies and the allergens we may be able to accommodate. Please contact us before placing order.

At this moment we only offer delivery. Deliveries are made Monday’s and Thursday’s between the times of 9am to 5pm.

Yes! We now offer evening deliveries between 4-9pm. If you wish to be on evening delivery route please let us know in the “notes” section prior to checkout.

No you do not need to be home but please keep in mind your meals need to be refrigerated as soon as possible after drop off. We deliver the meals in cooler bags but we can not guarantee how long they will preserve due to the variables of weather. Also, you can always change your delivery location to where someone can receive your meals as well. Feel free to leave a note in your check out page with any specific drop off instructions.

We accept all major credit card and Prept gift cards.

We deliver to all Chicago land areas and most surrounding suburbs. If you feel you are not in the area, please contact us and we can figure it out.

We charge anywhere between $5 and $15 depending on your location from our kitchen

Tips are not included. They are not required, but they are appreciated.

Subscriptions are not mandatory. You can order on a weekly basis. Just keep in mind there will be perks or discounts for PREPT Members.
